In a breakthrough experience, there is no duration on how long the session goes. It is recommended that clients allow themself a full day to recieve and integrate the work. The Breakthrough Experience is designed to magnify the unrecognized potential and beauty within you and bring it to the surface. This work often results in an emotional catharsis, a paradigm-shifting epiphany, courage to take action on a tough decision, clarity of direction, download of energy and information, etc.

During an Epic Breath Healing, you may feel a sensation of tingling, vibration, or heat in the area of injury and moving up and down throughout the body. As the recipient your job is to lie comfortably and relax and feel. The practitioner will be utilizing Epic Breath Technique to draw in the energy of oxygen and transmit it's healing qualities to you.
When working with energy, distance and proximity are not significant variables in the healing. Actually, many distance healings tend to be more powerful than the in-person experience.
